August 2026 Robotic Surgery Training at WLH | Doctors Share Their Transformative Experience

The August 2026 Robotic Surgery Training Program at World Laparoscopy Hospital (WLH) brought together surgeons and gynecologists seeking to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills in modern robotic surgery. During the intensive training, participating doctors gained structured exposure to robotic surgical principles, console operation, instrument control, ergonomics, port positioning, robotic suturing, dissection techniques, and essential troubleshooting.

A major strength of the program was its emphasis on hands-on robotic surgery training. Rather than limiting learning to theoretical lectures, the course provided participants with opportunities to understand the robotic platform through practical exercises and systematic skill development. Doctors practiced important steps required for safe robotic surgery, including camera navigation, clutching, precise instrument manipulation, intracorporeal suturing, knot tying, tissue handling, and coordinated surgical movements.

Under the academic leadership of Dr. R. K. Mishra, the training focused not only on operating the robotic system but also on developing the surgical judgment necessary for its appropriate clinical application. Important concepts such as patient selection, operating-room setup, docking principles, surgical team coordination, prevention of complications, and conversion strategies were incorporated into the teaching.

At the completion of the August 2026 training, participating doctors shared their experiences and testimonials about the program. Many highlighted the value of combining structured theoretical education with practical robotic exercises. They also appreciated the opportunity to clarify technical questions, improve confidence at the console, and interact with colleagues from different surgical specialties and professional backgrounds.

The testimonials reflect the growing importance of dedicated robotic surgery education as minimally invasive surgery continues to evolve. Robotic technology can provide surgeons with enhanced visualization, articulated instrumentation, tremor filtration, and improved ergonomics, but successful clinical adoption requires appropriate training, repeated practice, and a strong foundation in minimally invasive surgical principles.

World Laparoscopy Hospital continues to provide structured education in laparoscopic and robotic surgery for surgeons and gynecologists interested in advancing their minimally invasive surgical skills. The August 2026 batch represents another group of doctors completing focused robotic training and preparing to apply their acquired knowledge responsibly within their respective surgical specialties.
