August 2026 D.MAS Training | Surgeons & Gynecologists Share Their WLH Experience

The August 2026 Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (D.MAS) training at World Laparoscopy Hospital (WLH) brought together surgeons and gynecologists for an intensive journey into advanced laparoscopic and minimal access surgical techniques. Designed to strengthen both theoretical understanding and operative skills, the program provided participants with structured exposure to modern laparoscopy, advanced instrumentation, energy devices, suturing, knotting, operative ergonomics, complication prevention, and contemporary minimally invasive surgical principles.

During their training at World Laparoscopy Hospital, participating doctors gained extensive practical experience through hands-on laboratory sessions, demonstrations, academic discussions, and exposure to advanced laparoscopic procedures. The emphasis remained on developing the technical precision, confidence, and decision-making required for performing minimally invasive surgery safely and effectively in clinical practice.

One of the most valuable aspects of the D.MAS program is the opportunity for surgeons and gynecologists from different regions and professional backgrounds to train together. This multidisciplinary environment encourages exchange of surgical experiences, discussion of challenging cases, and a better understanding of evolving techniques in general surgery and gynecological laparoscopy.

At the completion of the August 2026 D.MAS training, participating doctors shared their experiences at WLH, highlighting the importance of systematic hands-on practice, expert guidance, structured teaching, and repeated surgical skill development. Their feedback reflects how focused training can help clinicians translate theoretical knowledge into greater confidence in the operating theatre.

World Laparoscopy Hospital continues to promote advanced education in minimal access surgery by providing surgeons and gynecologists with an environment dedicated to laparoscopic and robotic surgical training. The August 2026 D.MAS batch represents another group of medical professionals advancing their skills with the goal of delivering safer, more precise, and less invasive surgical care to their patients.
