Doctors Share Feedback After D.MAS Training | World Laparoscopy Hospital August 2026

The August 2026 Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (D.MAS) training program at World Laparoscopy Hospital brought together surgeons and gynecologists committed to advancing their skills in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. During the program, participating doctors received intensive theoretical education, practical laboratory training, operative demonstrations, and structured exposure to advanced laparoscopic techniques under the guidance of Dr. R. K. Mishra and the World Laparoscopy Hospital academic team.

The training emphasized the development of essential laparoscopic skills including hand-eye coordination, depth perception, tissue handling, intracorporeal and extracorporeal suturing, knotting techniques, safe energy application, trocar placement, ergonomics, and principles of complication prevention. Doctors were also introduced to systematic approaches for performing common and advanced laparoscopic procedures in general surgery and gynecology.

A major strength of the D.MAS program is its focus on combining surgical knowledge with practical skill development. Through repeated hands-on exercises and faculty guidance, participants work toward improving precision, confidence, operative planning, and decision-making in minimally invasive surgery. Particular attention is given to patient safety, correct surgical anatomy, appropriate instrument selection, and standardized operative techniques.

At the completion of the August 2026 batch, participating doctors shared their experiences and appreciated the structured teaching methodology, practical exposure, academic environment, and mentorship provided during their training. Their feedback reflects the importance of comprehensive hands-on education for surgeons seeking to incorporate advanced minimal access techniques into everyday clinical practice.

Under the leadership of Dr. R. K. Mishra, World Laparoscopy Hospital continues to provide advanced education in laparoscopic, robotic, and minimal access surgery to surgeons and gynecologists seeking structured surgical training and professional skill development.
