As a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery student at World Laparoscopy Training Institute, Dubai Healthcare City, I gained both the skills and confidence to thoughtfully use a variety of quantitative approaches in my work as a gynecologist. I was in the September 2021 batch of laparoscopic training at World Laparoscopy Training Institute, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai.

I stumbled upon the certificate which I got from the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons and Sharda University. because I needed a program that was fully asynchronous due to my full-time job. Since this was my first foray into laparoscopic training, I was a bit hesitant. I’m happy to report that I couldn’t have made a better choice! In fact, the courses were so thorough that I decided to enroll in the MS in Minimal Access Surgery program after completing the certificate.

The faculty were knowledgeable, approachable, and quite skillful at leveraging the Hands-On nature of the program. I can honestly say that World Laparoscopy Training Institute, changed my career path completely.

I chose ‘World Laparoscopy Training Institute’ for achieving my goal. It is the best institute as they provide comprehensive knowledge about laparoscopic surgery, whether it be in theory or clinical experience. The institute has well-equipped labs and a skill development lab. We were given good exposure through performing under supervision practical surgery. The faculty of this institute is also really devoted and knowledgeable. I would say the most heartening and inspirational thing about my learning experience at the Institute, as a budding resident surgeon.
