Minute to Minute Time Table of Laparoscopic Training F.MAS in India
As part of the structured training, Surgeons and Gynecologists will be taken everyday to the operation theatre to directly observe and, when appropriate, assist in live operative procedures. This component of the program is intended to provide authentic, real-time exposure to surgical techniques and intraoperative decision-making, thereby strengthening both theoretical knowledge and practical skill.
The timing of these operative sessions is not included in the timetable, as it varies depending on the nature of the surgical cases scheduled and their availability on a given day. Participants will be informed in advance and guided accordingly to ensure optimal learning opportunities.
Experience Live Surgeries in Action
During the course, Surgeons and Gynecologists will have the unique opportunity to step inside the operation theatre and witness live operative cases as they unfold. Under the supervision of expert faculty, participants may also assist in selected procedures—an invaluable chance to gain hands-on insight into real-time surgical practice.
Since live surgeries are dependent on patient scheduling and case availability, the timings of these sessions are not fixed in the timetable. Instead, participants will be promptly notified and guided whenever cases become available, ensuring an immersive and practical learning experience.

Difference between Interlaced and Progressive HD Monitor, Various light sources including difference in functionality of Xenon and LED light sources and light cables, Fibre optic and Gel cables.

Video Presentation of Exact point where one should put the port during various Laparoscopic Procedures to achieve the ergonomics to task performance. This is one of the most important principles not taught anywhere in the World except by R.K. Mishra who is inventor of this principle.
