The use of fibrin gel after Laparoscopic Surgery is recommended. Topical fibrin glue reduces the density and severity of intra-abdominal adhesions in our study. At World Laparoscopy Hospital we have done 15 cases where adnexal adhesion was present and we found that the use of fibrin glue is helpful.
