Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) is a surgical procedure in which a portion of the sympathetic nerve trunk in the thoracic region is destroyed. ETS is used to treat focal hyperhidrosis, facial blushing, Raynaud's disease and reflex sympathetic dystrophy.
