This video demonstrate Laparoscopic Management of Bilateral Endometrioma with Pelvic Adhesion. Complete cul-de-sac obliteration, bowel and broad ligament adhesions to the ovary are the most difficult and hazardous to manage. Previous medical treatment seems to facilitate adhesiolysis. Careful radical operative laparoscopic procedures can be useful in endometriosis. Fulguration and insertion of interceed can prevent recurrence.
