There is a growing interest in hysteroscopy, what can we do to learn the hysteroscopy? Can I learn Hysteroscopy also during Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery Course? |

In our laparoscopic Fellowship and Diploma course, hysteroscopy training is included. Hysteroscopic training would encompass Diagnostic Hysteroscopy and Operative Hysteroscopy including Polypectomy, Adhesiolysis, Myomectomy and Endometrial resection. During Hysteroscopic training at World Laparoscopy Special emphasis would be laid on hysteroscopic instrumentation, role of Hysteroscopy in infertility together with prevention and management of complications. At the end of the course, each participant should be able to Hysteroscopy for infertility. Identify and Treat Polyps, Intrauterine Adhesions and a Septum in the Endometrial Cavity. They will clearly understand the distention media and the distention system including their safety. The gynecologist will be able to diagnose and manage complications of operative hysteroscopy and they will develop working knowledge to perform Hysteroscopic Myomectomy and Endometrial resection |

Learning Hysteroscopy is very important for gynecologist. I been to WLH fellowship and they teach hysteroscopy well in there Fellowship and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery Course. |

I have got a lot of benefit by the Hands On hysteroscopic Training at WLH. I am graduate of this institute and now doing all the level 1 and 2 laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. |

Dear Dr Parihar In our wet lab you will get chance to have Hands On experience of Hysteroscopy. You will learn chromotubation, submucouse myomectomy, metroplasty TCRE and Essure II insertion. |

It is better to concentrate one part of Minimal Access Surgery training at one time. I dont think it is good to mesh up everything together. "Jack of all trades, master of none" You should take one course at one time. Sorry! It is my personnel advice !!! |
