Dear Dr Dr Ghulam Sarwar Hussain Ali FRCS Your certificate will be stamped by Ministry of External Affair but you have to inform our office at the time of joining the course itself that you want attestation and stamping by Ministry. Once it is stamped it will be valid in your country as any document Apostilled in one member country is acceptable in all the other 104 member-countries, signatory to the referred convention of 1961 thus greatly simplifying the process of attestation by making it needless to get the documents attested in each or for each of the countries separately. |

You can get the certificate attested but it is only required for the surgeons or gynecologist who work in Middle East country. It is not required for Indian, American or European surgeons. |
