Dear Sir, I am doctor from Libya. I went to the India Embassy yesterday and they said that I have to bring an invitation letter from World Laparoscopy Hospital. When I asked the WLH on phone they said I have to pay the initial admission fee to get Invitation letter. My question is what will be to my initial admission fee if I will not get the VISA and Visa to India is refused? |

Dear Doctor, Initial registration fee is generally non refundable as we have limited seat and if you will not come it can affect the chance of other candidate. So in case VISA is refused we can postpone your seat to the future date and we can take clearance for your VISA from Ministry of External Affair in India. However, once we have sent you the invitation letter there is very less chance that you will not get VISA to India. Most of the time it is due to deficiency in your documents which you use to submit at the time of application. |

You can see our cancellation policy which is on website. Link of terms and condition is there on footer of every page of website but in short we never keep the money for the service which we have not delivered. |

Hi, I am Sadhana one of the course coordinator of World Laparoscopy Hospital. It is a good idea to cancel the course atleast 15 days before the course start so that we can offer this seat of laparoscopic training to somebody else. |
