CLINICAL WORK LOAD:
 I received good training during my carrier in SQUH in  obs.&gynae general and in various subspecialities .I was trained as part of service at  :
 Infertility clinic           
 Diabetic clinic
 IUGR clinic
 Maternal Fetal medicine clinic
 Urogynae clinic
 
ONCOLOGY AND ADOLESCENT GYNAE CLINIC
 
 · Manage routine  outpatient clinics including special clinics like  infertility,
   fetal medicine, oncology, urogynae.
·  Manage the inpatients under respective teams
·   Second on call cover and acting senior registrar during on call duties.
·   Second on call for delivery ward, managing high risk pregnancies, caesarean
    sections and instrumental deliveries independently.
·   Perform and supervise SHO for minor surgeries
·   Perform major surgeries  in theatre including complicated caesarean sections,
     Hysterectomies, Laparoscopies- diagnostic and operative, diagnostic hysteroscopy
     and assist in operative hysteroscopy.
·    Second on call for emergency cases and capable of performing independently
      emergency laparotomies for ectopic pregnancy, ovarian torsion, vaginal tears,
      laparoscopy for ectopic under supervision.
·     Supervision of interns, residents and senior house officers during on call duties and in theatre.
·     Proficient in performing ultrasound scans for obstetric and gynaecology patients.
