Dear Dr Chifundo Kajombo

Most of the telescope used in laparoscopic surgery is nowadays autoclavable. You can also use ETO2 gas sterilized at temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). Simplest way is that You can also put the telescope in cidex without any fear because they are soakable and airtight, but take care of tip of the telescope should not hit any other instrument otherwise it can get scratch. For camera head you should use plastic sterile sleeve or you can keep it in formalin chamber.

Keep on doing Laparoscopy!
