Sir,

What are the chances of slippage of gall bladder stone into CBD following lap chole in non dilated cystic duct(accommodating LT300 clips)?OR it can be a case of missed CBD stone by radiologist.

Dear Dr Singh

It may be both the slipped stone or missed stone by radiologist. There is no way to prove but simply most of the slipped stone is also passed into duodenum uneventfully. In any of these condition postoperative ERCP is required.
