If we can't do the laparoscopic perforated appendicectomy after inserting the camera and instruments, we put a drain and come out what is the next step |

Dear Dr. Waseem You have to wait till the patient becomes stable. In many cases, laparoscopy should be converted to open. I hope you have done proper lavage and insert a nice drain. A good antibiotic broad-spectrum should be covered postoperatively. |
