Dear Kakaeyi, The postmortem is the method performed by specially trained doctors on a dead body. it helps to know the exact cause of death. But it can not be done without the consent of the family. Since death of your husband occurred in a road accident,Hence I will suggest you to get the postmortem done, as it will reveal the exact cause of the death and will be helpful for you to claim the insurance(if any) and to get the compensation etc. With Regards ADITYA RAJESHWAR |
