Dear Shabnam, It is very sad to hear about death of your infant. The case is clearly an act of negligence on part of the hospital authorities. It clearly attract the action against the hospital authorities/management, who had duty to be attentive towards their responsibilities. The medical life saving devices like incubators, ventilators, etc must always be attached to UPS (uninterrupted power supply. For this act of negligence you can file a FIR against the hospital authorities for being negligent towards their duty and causing unintentional death to your baby. The complained can also be filed for cancellation of the licence of the hospital. With Regards ADITYA RAJESHWAR |
