PUJ obstruction in baby PUJ obstruction was first detected in 7th month of pregnancy in Ultrasound scan and observed further and results are. He is baby boy. Dilated renal pelvis: 7th month of pregnancy = RK(Nil), LK(10.2 mm) Dilated renal pelvis: 9th of pregnancy= RK(10.2 mm), LK(22 mm) Dilated renal pelvis: 1st day after birth = RK(4 mm), LK(18 mm) Dilated renal pelvis: 39th day after birth = RK(0 mm), LK(17 mm) DTPA renogram on 39th day results: split function: RK (52.9), LK(47.1) T peak(min): RK (3.6), LK(NA) T1/2(min): RK(20.25), LK(NA) ERPF(ml/min): RK(108.15), LK(96.28) Routine and micro urine tests are normal. Pls suggest the way ahead. Heard mixed opinion treatment vs. wait and watch. Also, sometimes we observed slightly thick white droplets in baby's urine/diaper. |
