Dear Dr Mishra, As per our telecon,kindly find attached the reports of ur patients which you operated in april 2010 for cyst removal.I m sending u all pre-operative n post-operative ,latest scan reports .kindly go thru them n advice us what to do as VIJAITA is getting pain in left side abdomen and getting occasional fever everyday. waiting for your eager response. thanks and regards |

Dear Mr. Arora I have seen your report. Problem is anterior fibroid in between badder and uterus which is pressing the ureteric opening. Cysts are not creating problem at present. The pain is due to hydronephrosis due to pressure on the ureter. You have to go for myomectomy in this condition. Cysts are complex with endometriosis. Unfortunately due to infertility definitive treatment of problem can not be done otherwise uterus and ovary has to sacrifice. |
