Myometrium is expanded by solid tissue masses with mixed echo textures a AP diameters of 3.6cm intramural in the anterior fundal wall. 4.6cm intramural in the fundal wall and 3.8cm intramural in the mid posterior wall, no cyst, no cyesis or retained product on conception sighted Dear Temitope Fibroid uterus is your main problem. Dear temitope, This type of intra mural fibroid are the most common type of fibroid. It mainly arises from the endometrium(the lining of the uterus). This fibroid may increase in size and later can affect the fertility. So you can get it out with hysteroscopy and it is done in world laparoscopy hospital. Regards Dr Rahul |
