I had a mymectomy in south africa on 2011-05-26, the procedure was done by my gynocologist. And according to him it was successful, which i do believe. My problem is i have not stop bleeding to date and it is worrying me. Is it normal to bleed to bleed continously after the procedure? (menstruation like) |

Dear Sizakele Hlatshwayo After myomectomy mild bleeding is normal for few weeks but if the bleeding is severe you should contact your gynecologists. With regards Sadhana |

my wife found one small fabroid in outer skin of Utras ,please advice me what to do? Dear Mr Devgan Many women may have fibroids during their lifetime, simply a few them opportunity need treatment. Most women with fibroids don't know them until their doctor feels them at the time of a routine pelvic exam. Some for women who live very minor symptoms, which aren't bothersome in any way. Recommendations the case to suit your needs, then no therapy is necessary then I consider “watchful waiting” to become the key option. |

At first i thought i was pregnant since i was not going to my periods but pregnancy test results came out negative. But only to find out that I have fibroids and its been 5 months now. bleeding after surgery, how long does it take? and what is causes this fibroids?..anyone can help i will be delighted. I am confused! Dear Mbathane To answer your question we need to know which type of surgery your gynaecologist has done and if here may be other cause bleeding. If myoma is not removed adequately that may be the cause of bleeding. With regard J S Chowhan |
