Dear Mr Vivek

Role of Robotic Surgery in case of ASD is limited to some of the hospital of USA only. In India Open heart surgery would be possible. Atrial septal defect (ASD) is a disorder to be addressed surgically or through interventional catheterization. No specific or definitive medical therapy is available.

However, patients with significant volume overload or atrial arrhythmias may require specific drug therapy.
