I am Nazib Ullah, age 38 facing low back and leg pain that goes down to my foot on the right. Here is my MRI report.

Findings:
Lumbar lordosis is slightly straightened with normal vertebral
alignment.
On T2 weighted images lumbar discs are hypointense due to disc
desiccation.

body.

Dear Nazib Ullah
Your problem is due to compression of nerve due to vertebral disc. A spinal disc herniation or thickening is a medical condition affecting the spine due to trauma, lifting injuries, or idiopathic causes, in which a tear in the outer, fibrous ring of an intervertebral disc allows the soft, central portion called nucleus pulposus to bulge out beyond the damaged outer rings. Tears are almost always postero-lateral in nature owing to the presence of the posterior longitudinal ligament in the spinal canal. This tear in the disc ring may result in the release of inflammatory chemical mediators which may directly cause severe pain, even in the absence of nerve root compression.

You should consult a good neurosurgeon for proper treatment and evaluation.
