Dear Sujit Salve

Your friend has multiple intramural fibroids with bulky uterus. These fibroids are the cause of heavy bleeding during the periods.Since she is a divorcee and has plans for remarriage and want to have her own children, you are adviced to get her examined and treated at the earliest. In her case the best tratment will be Laparoscopic Myomectomy, depending on her sonography/MRI reports. You can send these reports for further advice.
