Dear Aruna Kumari
There is no anyway to remove the stone in Gallbladder. If symptoms (especially severe pain) are present, surgical removal of the gallbladder is the most common treatment.

The most common operation for gallbladder removal is known as laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The surgeon makes 3 or 4 tiny incisions within the abdomen, after which inserts surgical instruments along with a miniature video camera in to the abdomen. The surgeon uses the camera to determine what he is doing, and uses the instruments to remove the gallbladder and gallstones. The surgeon will also inspect the bile ducts and inject a dye to check on for just about any stones or blockages.

If infection or scarring from other surgeries are is located, a surgeon may perform a wide open surgery instead of the laparoscopic surgery. "Open" surgeries involve the surgeon creating a 5- to 8-inch incision within the abdomen to remove the gallbladder. A surgeon knows before the surgery that an open surgery is going to be necessary, and can plan this with the patient. However, a surgeon may encounter a complication following a laparoscopic surgery has begun, and can think it is necessary to change to doing an open surgery instead.

Patients experience less pain, fewer complications, and shorter recovery time with the laparoscopic option than they do after a wide open surgery. With open surgery, there is more pain, the risk of more complications, and longer hospital stay and recovery time.

If you want you can get surgery performed at World Laparoscopy Hospital.
