Dear Shinu

Most of the time varicocele treatment may not be necessary. However, if your varicocele causes has symptom like pain, testicular atrophy or infertility, you may want to undergo varicocele repair.

The purpose of varicocele surgery is to seal off the affected vein to redirect the blood flow into normal veins. However, the effect of varicocele repair on fertility is unclear.

Surgery usually is done while on an day care basis, using general anesthetic or local anesthetic. Commonly, your surgeon will approach the vein via your groin, however it is also possible to make a cut inside your abdomen or through your groin.

Advances in varicocele repair have led to a discount of post-surgical complications. One advance could be the standby time with the surgical microscope, which enables the surgeon to view the therapy area better during surgery. This band are brilliant the use of Doppler ultrasound, which assists advice the procedure.

Pain because of this surgery usually mild. Surgeon may prescribe pain medication for that first two days after surgery. Laparoscopic surgery can be done wit a small incision within your abdomen and passes a tiny instrument with the incision to determine and repair the varicocele. This treatment requires general anesthesia.

Another option is percutaneous embolization. A radiologist inserts a tube right into a vein inside your groin or neck in which instruments can be passed. Viewing your enlarged veins with a monitor, a doctor releases coils or perhaps a solution that produces scarring to generate a blockage inside the testicular veins, which interrupts the blood flow and repairs the varicocele. This treatment is done with local anesthesia with an outpatient basis. This procedure is not as widely used as surgery.

So I will suggest you to see some good urologist and try to get the best surgery possible.

With regard

is there any prblem by vericocele Gr-I to my future pregnency ?

A varicocele is really a varicose vein from the scrotum. It occurs once the one-way valves, which are made to allow vein flow from the scrotum and testicles to return to heart, fail to work properly. If these valves fail to work properly, the blood pools within the vessels, causing enlargement in the veins. Varicocele symptoms include swelling, pain, and infertility. A varicocele causes lower sperm fertility and poorer quality sperm thereby could potentially cause infertility.
