Dear Mr. Prabhat Kumar You are confusing Laparoscopic Surgery with Leprosy. Leprosy is a skin disease whereas Laparoscopy is a minimal access surgery for performing surgery of abdomen in case of surgical disease. Please get advice of your problem from any skin specialist. With regards Sadhana |
