Dear Dr Kanade O G

Laparoscopy is generally the first-line treatment for endometriosis even it really is in cul de sac involving uterus and rectum. Laparoscopy is when a lighted telescope is positioned through an incision underneath the belly button to look at the pelvic cavity. During laparoscopy, the doctor may remove adhesions, endometriotic nodules, and ovarian cysts. Laparoscopy often is used to deal with recurrent endometriosis once the goal would be to preserve future fertility. Endometriosis is a common condition that affects women in the reproductive years. Women with endometriosis may experience infertility, pelvic pain, or both. Early endometriotic implants appear to be small, flat patches, blebs, or flecks sprinkled for the pelvic surface. The flecks may be clear, white, brown, red, black, or blue. The severity and span of endometriosis is extremely unpredictable. Some women could have a few endometriosis implants at first glance with the pelvis, the peritoneum, or pelvic organs, or they could attack the peritoneum and grow as nodules.

Laparoscopy can be an outpatient surgical treatment that permits problems to view the pelvic organs and look for endometriosis. During laparoscopy, a thin camera known as a laparoscope is inserted in the abdomen by having a small incision at the navel. The laparoscope allows the surgeon to determine the top of uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and other pelvic organs.

We at World Laparoscopy Hospital can perform laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and it is very much possible the nodule from post fornix.
