Dear Rohit Sharma

Treatment involves hysteroscopic surgery to chop and remove the adhesions or scar tissue inside the uterus. This will usually be done with hysteroscopy, which utilizes small instruments along with a camera placed into the uterus through the cervix.

After asherman syndrome adhesion is slowly removed, the uterine cavity has to be kept open whilst it heals to stop adhesions from returning. Gynecologist may place a tiny balloon in the uterus during their visit and prescribe estrogen therapy even though the uterine lining heals. Antibiotic treatment might be necessary if you have an infection.

Women who are infertile because of Asherman syndrome may have a successful pregnancy after hysteroscopic treatment. Successful pregnancy depends on the severity of Asherman syndrome and the difficulty of the treatment, as well as other factors that affect fertility and pregnancy which women is suffering from.

High dose of estrogen should also be administered after successful hysteroscopy adhesiolysis surgery.

Please consult any good gynecologist or you can bring your patient to World Laparoscopy Hospital.

With regards
