|Hi Doctor. I'm 29, height 165cm and weight 95kg. 4 years married and no kids yet.
My history :
I had irregular periods since my puberty at age of 10. Before married, took treatment to regulate the periods and it was good response and i got pregnant and miscarriage in 1 month. Then start back irregular periods. Doctor found 'fluid' on my fallopian tube and remove the fluid and done 'ovarian drilling'.
Then put me on clomid and hormone injection

You gynecologist has done the correct surgery upon you. Ovarian drilling is usually carried out by a little incision (laparoscopy), with general anesthesia. Choices constitutes a small cut (incision) in the abdomen at the navel. The surgeon then places a tube to inflate the abdomen having a little bit of carbon dioxide gas so that they might insert the viewing instrument (laparoscope) without damage to the interior organs. The surgeon looks through the laparoscope in the internal organs. Surgical instruments may be inserted using it . incision or any other small incisions within the pelvic area. Laparoscopic ovarian drilling is really a surgical treatment that may trigger ovulation in females with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Electrocautery or perhaps sometime a laser or vobrating jaw of harmonic scalped can be used to destroy areas of the ovaries. This surgical treatment is not commonly used. However it can be an choice for women who continue to be not ovulating after losing weight and seeking fertility medicines.
