|i am always trying to make pressure on one side neck bone by bending neck or by giving jerk to head, it is happening from two years, i have take medicine but it did not solve.|

Your neck is having cramp so you have tight neck muscles inside. A lot of people has habit of start cracking their necks for the reason that muscles were tightening up inside understanding that gave you relief from the tight muscles for the bit anyway.
Because your this habit never completely freed up the muscles you had to hold cracking it. So that you can kick the habit you need to release your neck muscles to get rid of the tightness within it and then you will not consider it wise to crack it anymore. For neck exercise place your hands alongside your face which means your thumbs take presctiption top of the muscle under your ear as well as your fingers take presctiption the back of muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. Once your fingers and thumb touch, about 1 minute, slowly reduce your head so far as you can, release pressure but hold your neck lowered for one more A few seconds.
For the most powerful results relax your body first by subtracting a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
Slowly your problem will resolve.
