Tengo 47 años y tengo periodos de 8 a 9 días con sangrado abundante de 2 a 3 días. el útero está antevertido y mide 15.3x12.7x8.0cms con ecotectura alterada. No se visualiza el grosor del endometrio. Mioma de ecogenecidad heterogénea múltiple predominantemente. Se observa hipoecoeco que afecta a todo el útero. El Dr. me aconsejó que me quitara el útero. no hay otra opción. consejo de los pls |

Dear Madhu You are 47 yrs of age and suffering from menorrhagia i.e. excessive bleeding because of fibroids. The removal of uterus is the best treatment although trial of hormones can also be given.
