My both fallopian tube is blockage. kindly advise me treatment procedure. |

Dear Simple Saluja It is sometimes very difficult to determine the reason for a bilateral tubal blockage. It could be because of an infection of tube, or just simply a tubal spasm or a mucus plug during performing hystosalpigography. Your first step should be to try to open the tubes. This is best done for corneal blocks by FTR fluoroscopic tubal renationalisation, a procedure done by expert radiologists in the X-ray suite. There is a 50% chance they will be able to open the tubes also. You can opt for laparoscopy also and it is possible that if it is fimbrial block it can be opened by fimbriolysis or if it is osteal block it can be opened by many type of dilators available. If they cannot, then your best treatment option would be IVF i.e. in vitro fertilisation, test tube baby. With regards M.K. Gupta |
