Estimado señor, Hace 6 meses me sometí a una cirugía de bypass gástrico. Mi edad es de 29 años y mi IMC es de 47. Después de esta cirugía de bypass desarrollé un síndrome de dumping severo. Inmediatamente después de comer, desarrollé un malestar abdominal severo que incluye calambres abdominales, náuseas y diarrea. ¡Por favor, ayúdame! |
