Lourdhu Mary	MRI Female Pelvis scan: Impression: 1. Anterior wall intra mural ill defined hypoinentense lesion measuring 19 X 14 mm with displacement of endometrial stripe posteriorly - possiblly Myoma to be ruled out by transvaginal scan 2. Mild heterogeneity of cervix with few small nabothian cyst - PAP smear for cervical region evaluation 3. Non visualised ovaries - possibly atrophic ovaries

Nidhi	Dear Mary, This small myoma wont cause any symptoms at this age but she should get PAP smear done to avoid any malignancy possible. With regards Nidhi

Sufiyan	Dear sir, Meri Ammy ke Pitt me pthari hai 15mm ki meri Ammy ko operation nhi karwana chahati hai iska koi ilaz btade pit ki pathri ka elaj Dear Sufiyan, Pit ki thaili ki pathri agar dard deti hai toh hi ilaj ki zarurat nahi hai. Agar dard ya koi aur symptoms aate hai pathri ki wajeh se toh operation se hi nikala ja sakta hai. Aapko Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy karwana hoga jisse pathri pit k saath nikali jayegi.
