Tengo múltiples fibromas y algunos síntomas, especialmente menorragia. Aunque me estoy acercando a la menopausia, no quiero hacerme una histerectomía. En cambio, quiero explorar la posibilidad de una cirugía mínimamente invasiva, p. miomectomía laporoscópica y / o histeroscopia. Me interesa el menos invasivo y el tratamiento en función de cuál sea factible ya que tengo que viajar mucho y un tiempo de recuperación corto me resultaría más fácil. ¿Podría darme una idea del costo de los tratamientos para la extirpación de fibromas, ya que también tengo consideraciones financieras, y también el procedimiento para programar una cita para una consulta, preferiblemente con el Dr. R.K. ¿Mishra en el hospital? Dear Sushmita The fibroids are causing menorrhagia, and to avoid hysterectomy we must have an endometrial biopsy to rule out any cancer of the endometrium. If biopsy is clear then you have the option of hormonal treatment or the Merina which is a hormonal IUD used for contraception and also to control menstrual bleeding. You can send the reports of ultrasound and MRI pelvis to decide on your treatment. The cost of surgery for laparoscopic myomectomy will be around One lakh of rupees and rupees eighty thousands for Laparoscopic hystrectomy.
