Hi. I am male and age is 32years. I am trying to born baby but could not do so yet. My semen analysis shows: 1. Sperm Count = 94 millions/ml, 2. Liquefaction time = 30 mins, 3. Motility detail is a) Rapid Progression 15% b) Slow Progression 20% c) Non-Progression Motility 10% d) Immotile 55% 4. Morphology : Normal forms = 50%, Abnormal forms = 50%. 5. Other findings : Pus Cells 10-12, 6. Red Blood Cell: 6-8 Please let me know. Thank you |

Dear Sheraz Your semen analysis report shows 10 to 15 pus cells and 6 to 8 red blood cells.Active motile sperms are only 15 percent.You should take Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily atleast for 15 days and then repeat Semen Analysis and Semen Culture and Sensitivity test.Please reply after taking the medicines and tests. |
