Dear Rama Khurana
You have not specified what advice you want. From the history given it appears to be a case of parietal or abdominal wall abcess, which was operated on 18.02 2014 and the till date there is pus discharge. Please get Pus Culture and sensitivity done and also biopsy from the margin of the wound to rule out any tubercular infection.

With Regards
