Hello,
I have been suffering from infertility from last year followed by a natural miscarriage I went for IVF after 6 months trying naturally on 2018 which failed and went for laparoscopy in Australia in 2019 and that time dr told me my right tube is in spasm and dye did spill which was normal before IVF and diagnosed with grade 1 endometriosis and went for IVF all my cycles failed again and recently from this march I started having pain in my right side pelvic and It was severe and no cause established on ct scan and now going for IVF again and dr did 3d/ 4d scan and told I have hydrosalpinx in a right tube and dr wants to remove tube but went for the second dr and they said it's not there and I should do IVF again but my question is why my tube is blocked and why my cycles failed.

Please help me what can be done I don't have a cd of laparoscopy plz advise me and also do I have to repeat laparoscopy??? Plz, provide me some solution and advice I have heard about a lot about dr r k Mishra as he helps a lot of people. Plz let me know I will attach all my reports

Dear Mrs. Chowhan

Hydrosalpinx has a known effect on the success of IVF. Hydrosalpinx has a detrimental effect on the outcome of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Surgical intervention such as salpingectomy or tubal occlusion before IVF improves the outcome of IVF, Hydrosalpinx usually affects both fallopian tubes, even when only one tube is affected, there is usually some residual damage to the other. So, in my opinion, you should go for bilateral salpingectomy followed by IVF.
