dear sir, i am 27 year old , i have pregnacy of 8 weeks my problem is solid hypoechoic mass measuring approx 17*17mm in the anterior myometrium of fundus of uterus fibroid |

Dear Rajwinder, That small fibroid doesn't need any surgery. There will be no problem with your pregnancy with that small fibroid however you should remain in contact with a good gynaecologist. With regards Nidhi |

I am 27 years old or me pregnant ho chati hu mene hsg test karwaya usme meri left fallopian tube block ho gai h plzzz batye m kya kru. If your Fallopian tube is blocked then you should go for the tubal corrective surgery. Salpingostomy can be done which means opening the tube and removing the adhesions, After that you can try for conception if it does not happen then you can try for IVF (In vitro fertilisation) |
