Dear Mona Kassem
Laparoscopic Fimbrioplasty is an option which can be tried in your case. Laparoscopic neosalpingostomy, in properly selected cases, consistently produces pregnancy rates that equal or exceed those attained by IVF-ET.

But if we will see that your tubes are completely non functional we will remove it. There is no benefit to leaving behind non-functioning tubes, which can decrease the success rate of IVF-ET attempts and possibly lead to serious complications.

With regards
M.K. Gupta
