Dear Pepera
This appears to be report of HSG test done for looking the patency of the Fallopian Tubes. According to the report the tubes appear to be blocked at the Fimbrial End and the treatment is Laparoscopic Fimbrioplasty. So please consult a good gynecologist for further advice.

hsg report left side dilated patent uterine tube showing loculated intraperitoneal spillage. and normal size uterine cavity showing irregular filling defect

Dear Laila
Why did you get the HSG test done? Please write in detail about your problem and your medical history like married or unmarried. If married then how many children, menstrual history etc. according to report that you have hydrosalpinx on the left side. There is no mention of the right Tube. So kindly send these details for further advice.

In this case you need diagnostic laparoscopy and tubal patency test. In many case if the tubal obstruction is found it can be opened by laparoscopic surgery.

Dear Moumita,

Your Histosalpingography result is normal. So there should not be a problem with the tube. You should consult a gynecologist for test of few hormones and your husband also need some investigation. You may come to World Laparoscopy Hospital for further treatment.

Dear mam
I didn't conciev for 1 and half i consulted gyne dr.and hsg was done.. report was like "both the fallopian tubes are opacified without spillages..what does this mean?..Normal report or serious issue??

Dear Maidam,
This means that your both tubes are blocked. You need to do either Lap & Dye test or Diagnostic Laparoscopy with Chromopertubation to confirm the tubal blockage.
