THE Ultra Sound report reads--- a hypoechoic mass lesion size 66x58 mm on posteriorwall of uterus seen, a small calcified foci is also seen No evidence of endomaterial polyp/adhesion/hyperplasia seen, Endo myometerial interface is maintained Doctors advice removal of mass problems -- unable to conceieve excess menses low Hb Low RBC count WE want removal by Laparoscopic method please advice |
