Sexual Disease

I am 17, few days ago I watched a sex education documentary. In which they demonstrated how to properly wash penis. I was surprised to see that non-circumcised people can pull their fore-skin and reveal the inner penis.. I do masturbate but didn't know that I can do that too. I tried to pull my fore-skin down but it was too tight.. I tried again and again and then after that it stretches that much that I can now pull it off and on. What I noticed doing that that the tip of my foreskin has little spots of a little lighter color than my foreskin. They don't hurt or do any thing but they are there, very small barely noticeable. Just want to know if there is a problem with that..? and also when I pulled my foreskin up, there was a white stuff stick to the inner foreskin.I am not sure if it is dead sperm or anything else.. but I washed it with soap and water. It was difficult for me because I have never touched my inner penis before, it was very sensitive to touch.

I described it so briefly so you can understand the whole process from which I went..

Here again I repeat the questions.
Are the spots on my foreskin anything should I be concerned about?
Is the white material found stick inside foreskin is any sexual infection?

Also I want to specify that I am still a virgin, never had sex with anybody.. But I do masturbate..

I would be very glad if I get these question answered.

Thanks

Dear Ifraeem Suleman
I think you must be knowing that all Muslims undergo circumcision at birth and there is no foreskin over the penis. This foreskin can be retracted back after the age of 3 years and the parents of a boy child teach their son how to clean it at the time of bathing. Sometimes it is not possible to retract the skin then it is called Phomosis and circumcision is done.
As regards white spots I cann't comment without examination. White material under the foreskin is smegma and one should wash it. It is not harmful.

Thanks
With Regards
