Dear jenny

While there are risks associated with any kind of operation, most diagnostic laparoscopic patients for bilateral fimbrial bloack experiences few or no complications and quickly go back to normal activities.

It is important to keep in mind that before undergoing any kind of surgery--whether laparoscopic or open you should ask your surgeon about his/her training and experience.

Complications of laparoscopic surgery are infrequent, but include bleeding, infection, pneumonia, blood clots, or heart disease. Unintended injury to adjacent structures like the blood vessels or small bowel may occur and may require another surgical procedure to repair it.

Injury of bowel and leak in the abdomen may rarely occur. Numerous medical studies show the complication rate for diagnostic laparoscopic surgery for infertility is similar to the complication rate for open surgery when done by a properly trained surgeon.

You can start relationship after 3 week of surgery.

With regards
