Sir, I am 34 years old female diagnosed with few fibroids in fundus and body area of the uterus... Largest (34*26) mm Thickened endometrium (12.6) mm The uterus is Anteverted and Bulky. Please suggest to me what options I have and with the least risk. Dear Nidhi, You have mentioned the size of only one fibroid and that is 34x26 mm. What is the size and the location of other fibroids? You also have Endometrial Hyperplasia. Please get D & C and endometrial biopsy done. The fibroid can be oserved with repeated USG.
