from last 3 months i suffered from acute pain which come anytime. Starting from belly button than move, hurt mostly right side and rotate all over. Vomit also. Pain is acute. From last 3 months my period is also irregural. In my USG it came Chocolate cyst in right ovary, the right kidney is small in size. Dr. did TVS too. saying i have endometriosis. Advice me for laproscopy. I dont have baby, but I want. I am 35 yrs old. Trying for baby from 3-4 months. But these thing happening. So i want to know about treatment in your hospital. Cost, procedure, success rate etc. Please reply... Dear Shashi Goswami, We can do Diagnostic Laparoscopy with excision and evacuation of Endometrioma. Hello sir Sir, I have a cyst in my right ovary measuring 7x8 cm. I am also having mild pain in my abdomen. Do I need to go for surgery? I am an unmarried girl and my age is 22. Thanks in advance |

Dear Kanchan The size of the cyst you mention is larger. It needs to be taken out. Laparoscopic Ovarian cystectomy is the surgery of choice. It needs to be done as soon as possible as it can affect your fertility. |
