DearSajjad Awan You should get semen analysis done. Men which has a history of congenital undescended testes (UDT) have an increased probability of fertility problems. Despite no definitive proof, current guidelines recommend early surgical intervention since this have a positive impact on future fertility potential by preventing degenerative changes in the testes noisy . life.
