Report stating,Uterine fibroid, Uterus: Anteverted, measuring 128x88x87 mm. Intramural fibroid is present at anterior wall displacing the endometrium measuring 84x91mm. Endometrial thickness measures 6mm. A month ago my hemoglobin level dropped to 7.4, after which i was given 2 iron drips, after 12 days my levels reached 9.4, my doctor is saying I need to have a hysterectomy immediately, is it necessary? Or should I get a second opinion and wait and see? |
