Dear Anita In our opinion you should go for Laparoscopic or preferable Robotic Myomectomy. Because your age is less and you are unmarried you should go for myomectomy surgery because medical therapy would not be effective. Uterine artery embolization and other non invasive procedure does not has clear fertility outcome. Sub Serous Myoma's are easy to remove by laparoscopic or robotic surgery. World Laparoscopy Hospital is premier institute for laparoscopic or robotic surgery and you can get this surgery performed here also. With regards M.K. Gupta |
